Scite is a tool that offers a quantitative and qualitative view of how scientific publications cite each other. It helps you find any research topic quickly and efficiently through intelligent citations. Smart citations allow you to see the quality of the research in the context of how a scholarly article has been cited. It can evaluate whether the research provides supporting or contradictory evidence for the cited claim.

It uses a deep learning model to provide the following information for a given publication:

• how many times the publication has been cited
• how it has been cited by other authors
• whether the citations provide supporting or contradicting evidence for the claims made in the publication

First Login to Scite

To make full use of the Scite tool, you first need to create an account at scite.ai.

1. Click Sign Up in the top-right corner.
2. Fill in your registration details – name, academic email (name.surname@vsb.cz or name.surname@g.vsb.cz), and password.
3. Check the box to agree to the terms and click Sign Up.
4. Once your account is created, log in using your credentials via Log In.
