The first part of the session takes us through the Entry Point document and summarizes how we envision its utility for libraries. In addition to that, a colleague from the National University Library in Singapore will explain how the document has been used in practices and what they have identified as main learnings and challenges.
During the second part, colleagues from the International Association of University Libraries (IATUL) Special Interest Group on Information Literacy (SIG IL) will be sharing experiences of distributing the IFLA Supercharged by AI exhibition materials within the UK and then to a global audience, and will also be launching an open educational resource for IATUL members to share and discover AI literacy tutorials.
IFLA will expand on key highlights from the libraries and AI report and how to use it for media/digital literacy advocacy activities in 2026.
